splitter.zip

File splitter Program splitter.exe (or whatever you like to call it) make a splitting of [huge] files to floppy disks. A file named hugefile.ext will be splitted in n parts (n>=1), named:    hugefile.000[,hugefile.001,...hugefile.[0[0]]n-1].  For example, a 5 Mb file will be splitted in 4 parts:    - hugefile.000: 1,457,152 bytes;    - hugefile.001: 1,457,152 bytes;    - hugefile.002: 1,457,152 bytes;    - hugefile.003: 871,424 bytes; (1,457,664 is size of a 3.5 floppy), so you will need 4 blank floppies.    If your disk cannot be accessed (is write protected, unusable etc.) you will be prompted to retry.    If you have not sufficient space on a valid floppy, you will be also prompted.
